IEW Reports Workshop

Add to Your Calendar: 06/25/2019 13:00 06/25/2019 16:00 America/Chicago IEW Reports Workshop

Home

Any student can benefit from a foundational understanding of the structure of writing. When style elements are added to this, the concern of how to write gives way to the ability to learn what to write.

Live, interactive workshops are truly helpful for students and parents in determining if the IEW writing intensive curriculum is the right fit for your homeschool.

This workshop is offered by Veronica Pedraza, Certified IEW Instructor

Grades 5-9

Students who have learned how to use a Key Word Outline will utilize this knowledge to find information from various sources, write paragraphs using simple style elements introduced in IEW, adding additional style techniques to their writing and combine the paragraphs, learning the basic report structure.

Grade levels are approximate; some previous IEW experience is presumed.

Cost: Introductory Student workshops: $25.00/participant (Lighthouse members receive $5 discount--only $20!)

Parents are welcomed to observe.
