All members must be homeschooling in compliance with the Pennsylvania state law or enrolled in a charter school.

We function as a cooperative group. Everyone's help is needed in an area of responsibility so that the burden of planning and running the group is not overwhelming for a few people. Please consider what area you can serve in.

Courtesy to activity organizers is expected by recognizing deadlines, age and grade limits, and financial arrangements.

· Do I make my plans in a worldly manner so that in the same breath I say, Yes, yes and no, no"? (II Corinthians 1:17)

· But let your ‘Yes’ be ‘Yes' and 'your 'No’ ‘No’ (Matthew 5:37)

Any presentation to the group by children, parents or non-members must not violate the Statement of Faith.

· Whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.

(I Corinthians 10:51)

Nonmember Policy:

Attendance by nonmembers is limited to the Back to School Picnic, End of Year Picnic and field trips. All other events are member-only. Members are permitted to invite a nonmember family to one of the above mentioned activities at no cost beyond any fees associated with a field trip. To attend any additional activity mentioned above, the nonmember must either pay a $10 fee per activity, or join the group. Before participating in any field trip, nonmembers will be required to read and sign the JCCH Activity Participation Agreement.

As an exception, members that have other children in their care on a regular basis may bring the children to any member event after informing the advisory board and having the parent/guardian of the children sign the JCCH Activity Participation Agreement.

Photo Policy:

Photos taken at JCCH events may be shared on our homeschool-life website but cannot include the children’s names. Any photos posted on our homeschool-life website may be downloaded for your own personal, private use but may not be posted to any social media/public website without prior consent from the families pictured in the image.

While we cannot monitor the activity of every member’s personal Facebook page, Instagram, etc., we ask that you please respect the wishes of our member families that do not want their children’s photos posted on the internet.

Updates to the Policies, Mission Statement, and Statement of Faith.

In order for any changes to be made to our Statement of Faith, Mission Statement and Policies, the change must be approved by a minimum of 80% of all current members.  Each family will receive 1 vote.
