Welcome!
CWF is a Christian homeschool co-op, social & support group offering workshops, park days, field trips, parties, and more for homeschooled children ages Kindergarten through high school.
Our co-op meets Wednesdays from 10:00 am - 1:000 pm at First United Methodist Church in Elgin. We also have 1-2 park days or field trips a month as well as parents meetings, parties, and more.
Please join us next semseter if your family wants more than a co-op and desires to be a part of a community!
Co-op Information
We are a small, family-like group looking to grow! Next semester, we are moving from Mondays to Wednesdays and offering 2 class periods while we grow our membership. (We hope to eventually offer 4 class periods.) Please click on the FAQ above to learn more about teaching requirements, costs, etc.
Social & Support Group Information
Cost is $30 per semester and includes the following:
- Homeschool IDs & Yearbook
- Park days & Field Trips (1-2 per month)
- Holiday Parties (Harvest, Christmas, V-day)
- Semester Closing Program & Graduation Ceremony
- HSLDA discount & ICHE conference recordings
- Lending Library
Mission Statement
We are a cooperative of homeschool parents who provide community and support and teach workshops from a Christian worldview. Our goal is to support, and encourage one another as well as supplement our home education through workshops.
We are not a school and do not intend to be a school. To achieve our goal we require a high level of commitment from parents, students, and teachers.
