The membership fee is $25 per year, payable by cash or check. Checks should be written to our group's name, NSCH. If you join after January 1st the membership fee is $15. Membership is effective from August 1st through July 31st of the following year, no matter what month you join.
Membership fees will be deposited into our group treasury. They will be used for resources, supplies, and equipment for use by the entire group, such as library resources, testing supplies, field day equipment, monthly parent meeting supplies, etc.; as well as copying, mailing costs, venue or speaker fees for NSCH events, group insurance policy, etc. They will NOT be used for subsidizing the cost of individual fees for classes, field trips, etc. If a scholarship is needed for a special case, a family may appeal to the Steering Committee.
