About the Event
The Class of 2026 would like to invite you to attend the SBFA Winter Wonderland Formal Dance. Snacks and finger foods will be provided.
Who Is Invited
The Class of 2026 would like to invite the 8th to 12th grade students of South Bay Faith Academy, Coastal Academy, and Pacific Lutheran Jr & Sr High School and their approved guests.
Approved guests are 8th to 12th grade students of other schools who have submitted a letter of approval from their counselor or principal to hsprincipal@sbfaithacademy.org by Tuesday, December 9th at 5pm.
Required Forms
All attending students and their parents must COMPLETELY fill out the Student Permission Form below and submit a hardcopy (printed out on paper and not submitted digitally) to Principal Kalani Mark in the SBFA office by Tuesday, December 9th at 5pm:

At the time of registration, parents and students must read the SBFA Dress Code and Code of Conduct, and agree to abide by them.
Students paying cash at the door will need to sign the SBFA Dress Code and Code of Conduct in person at the event. Please click the link below to review it ahead of time.

Presale $40, closes at 5pm on December 11th (cash/check in office, credit card online*)
At the door $50, opens at 5:01pm on December 11th (cash at the event in exact change only, or credit card online*)
