Play it safe
Our children's class is 2-hours in length and we cover topics such as dealing with bullies and mean-kids, friendship drama, appropriate touch, stranger-awareness, abduction defense and age appropriate practical self-defense techniques. Minimum of 10 students needed. Ages 8 and up.
Class 1 is from 10am-12pm. This class is for 12 and under.
Class 2 is from 12:30pm-2:30pm. This class is for 13 and up.
