Transcripts are records of your student's completed high school courses, the credit earned for each course, each course's final grade, and their grade point average (GPA). Colleges and other post-high school institutions will require a transcript for admission. HSLDA provides sample transcriptsa download-able transcript with GPA calculation, and transcript preparation information.

Your child may earn college credit while still in high school through the Career & College Promise Program (CCP/Dual Enrollment).  Johnston Community College, Lenoir Community College, and Wake Technical Community College are options in our area. The CCP programs at JCC, Lenoir, and Wake Tech offer different pathways leading to credentials for employment (certificate, diploma, or degree) or a two-year associate's degree which aligns with course requirements at UNC member institutions.
