LEAP Teacher Payment Instructions

2019-2020

 

Payments for the Class, Supply and other listed fees in the Class Descriptions are payable directly to the teacher.

The LEAP Admin will collect these fees at registration and each month for tracking purposes but checks must be made out to the individual teachers and if paying in cash, it must be divided up in envelopes by teacher, by class.

Some teachers will accept direct PayPal payments instructions are below.

The first class payment and any listed supply/lab fees are due after registering to secure your student's spot in the classes.

**Checks for individual classes must be made out to the teachers.

**Checks for the Family Registration Fee are made out to LEAP if they haven't yet been paid. Family Registration is $50 through May 31, 2019 and $65 beginning June 1st.

To pay those who accept PayPal, please use the emails below for each teacher. Each teacher should be paid separately for the classes they teach for your students. Please put in the NOTE on the payment what each payment is for so the teacher knows which classes to apply it to.

Please choose Friends/Family when making your payments to the teachers to avoid fees being charged.

Payment of Student Registration is required to reserve seats in the class

To avoid cancellation of classes due to minimal enrollment, be sure to do your class registration and turn in payment as soon as your are approved for access.

Monthly Class Payments:

Additional monthly installments will be due the first Thursday of each month on that day of classes from September to May. These will be paid in person at the Class Day to the Admin assistant when your student arrives, or no later than 2pm on the due date or via PayPal also not later than 2pm on the monthly due date.
