Important Financial Information
Written notification of intent to cancel registration must be received via email by both the Class Coordinator (email@example.com) and the tutor prior to the class start date in order to be eligible for a tuition refund.
100% refund if notice is received 5 days or more prior to class start date;
50% refund if notice is received less than 3 days prior to class start date;
No refund will be issued for notice received on or after class start date.
We ask that you make arrangements with the tutor for class payment. Some tutors are now accepting Paypal with the new system. Please do not make a partial payment without communicating with the tutor because the amount of fees Paypal charges.
These fees help cover the cost of your student’s spot in class. This policy is important for our tutors because it ensures that they are still paid for spots that have been reserved. They also ensure that the Resource Center meets its minimum operating budget. Filling each spot is critical not only for our tutors, but for guaranteeing you have a high-quality experience every time you attend class at the FPHRC.
Returning Students must have the administration fee from the previous quarter paid in full before beginning classes the following quarter. The tutors will set their own policy.
Class Cancellation Policy
All classes scheduled by the Resource Center are subject to cancellation. Please be aware that a class may be cancelled at any time (for reasons including, but not limited to, insufficient registration, tutor emergencies or other issues beyond the control of the FPHRC). If a class is canceled for the rest of the session, refunds will be issued according to how many days the class has left. If the class is canceled before it begins, the refund will be 100%.
