Qualifiers/alternates/captains: transportation provided; we will be taking 2 vans to hold people, gear, and equipment.
7:45 A.M. Arrival. We will depart the Swansons' by 8:00 A.M.

Team members/spectators: Suggested arrival 10:30 A.M. to allow plenty of time to park and take the shuttle to the race course.
DRESS FOR ALL WEATHER.
Coaches are planning to take the tent for all Nighthawk families to use, so look for that near the finish area to gather and stay dry!

Official team camp will be indoors (restricted to competitors/coaches only).
No entry fee. See below for additional important details.

State Meet Race Schedule
Participants check in at starting line no later than 20 minutes before the race.

Class AAA Boys: 9:30 a.m.
Class AAA Girls: 10:30 a.m.
Awards: approx. 11:15 a.m.

Class A Girls: 12 noon (Team: Maria Jose Plotts, Grace Hutchinson, Lily Winters, Kendra Swanson, Salina Michael, Taylor Bourgoine, Katie Calcamuggio)
Class A Boys: 1 p.m. (Individual: Mark Swanson)
Awards: approx. 1:45 p.m.

Class AA Boys: 2:30 p.m.
Class AA Girls: 3:30 p.m.
Awards: approx 4:15 p.m.

Additional details (schedue, spectator info, streaming, box assignments, etc.):

Emphasis from the host:

  • The spectator guide is on the website.
  • Spectator parking will NOT be permitted on St. Olaf.  Shuttle services is provided.
  • If a student is riding with their parent, they need to plan accordingly for the shuttle.  Parents will NOT be permitted on campus to drop off runners.
  • Spectators are not permitted in the Fieldhouse, like they have been in the past.
  • Pets are not allowed


We will watch both Class A races, stay for awards, and then head out of town and away from the crowds to get some food.
