Today we are meeting at Riverwood Covenant Church: 7189 69th Ave N., Greenfield, MN 55373.

Checklist:

  1. Dress in layers. We might go outside for part of the workout.
  2. Bring two (2) pairs of shoes: OUTSIDE SHOES for running outdoors (and for getting to/from your car) and INSIDE SHOES (with laces--no flip flops or boots) for indoor work.
    If you do not have a second pair of shoes, bring an extra towel to thoroughly clean and dry yours.
  3. Bring a non-disposable water bottle (with your name on it!) and a towel/mat if desired for floor work.
    If you do not own a water bottle, please let us know--we have some brand-new extras that were donated to the team.
