T&F End-of-Season Banquet – Edit

We understand there is no ideal date this time of year, and we take many factors into consideration (including season end dates, coaches' work travel schedules, etc.). Thank you for your understanding and support!

Every athlete is honored individually, so you will *not* want to miss this!

  • Dress is business casual.
  • We will begin the potluck dinner right away.
  • Quiet younger siblings are welcome to attend but must be prepared to remain seated with their parents during the awards segment (2 hours) of the program. Please bring quiet distractions so that everyone can enjoy celebrating a season well done.
  • IMPORTANT: Please RSVP to the banquet team leader your number attending.
    • Families A-L bring a main dish and salad or vegetable dish.
    • Families M-Z bring a main dish and a dessert or fruit dish.
    • Please label your dish if it is GF, DF, or NF to help those who have food sensitivities.

We need Banquet Team members, so contact Joy Wigginton if you can help!
Banquet team: If you'd like to set up a day earlier, please let us know ASAP so we can ask if it is possible to secure the space.
