[Bring your paperwork] 6:15p Mandatory CC Team Registration & Orientation meeting (& optional movie)
All forms and fees due at the meeting.
Complete the online portion of your registration before you arrive, and bring your paperwork with you!
Links to the paperwork are provided during the online registration process and in your initial Membership Approval email.
Online registration opens 5/30 for current families (watch your email for the link) and 6/4 for new families (contact us for the link).
All student-athletes must attend, plus at least one parent per family as additional parent signatures are required onsite.
If you absolutely cannot attend, you must meet in person before the meeting with the Athletic Director to sign the group paperwork.
Bring a snack to share if you're staying for the movie. (Suggestions?? otherwise it's McFarland, USA--fair warning! Must be G/PG). :)
Detail-oriented paperwork helpers needed (parents and/or 10th+ graders)--sign up below (must be logged in first).

Late high school (grades 10-12) registrations are not guaranteed a spot on the team.
If space permits, late junior high (grades 7-8) may register up to the first day of practice with a late fee of $50 per family.
