Jessica Cooter To All Instructors

Jessica Cooter is a Lynchburg native and has been an educator in the area since 2012. She is a Virginia K-12 certified teacher and holds a Bachelor’s in Spanish and a Master’s in Education. Jessica has a wide range of educational experience, with the large majority of her experience gained teaching Spanish III, IV, and V for a local public school. Her love for the Spanish language and for culture/languages as a whole has led her on many adventures outside the classroom. She has traveled to Spain, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, China, Romania, and the Bahamas; many of those trips with the local church for mission work. Jessica is married to her best friend Jordan and has three beautiful, goofy children, Wesley, Teagan, and Dakota. Her hobbies include traveling, gardening, houseplant keeping, painting, sketching, reading, cooking, baking, and pickleball. Ultimately, Jessica is a believer in the Lord Jesus Christ and is thankful for any opportunity she gets to connect the beauty of language and the culture of image bearers to the Beauty and Wisdom of God our Maker.
