Oscar Vargas is a business leader with more than 20 years of experience in economics, strategic planning, and organizational development. Throughout his career, he has helped companies make smart financial decisions, build long-term strategies, and use resources wisely—skills he believes every young person should learn early in life.

Oscar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Business Administration from Rollins College and a Master of Marketing from the University of New South Wales, Australia. His work has centered on helping organizations grow sustainably, improve performance, and plan for the future—principles that translate directly into the personal finance habits he teaches students.
