2. Handbook I understand that I am responsible for reading and understanding all information in the Freedom Christian Learning Center Handbook and I will inform my child(ren) of the contents. yes

3. Parental Responsibility to Educate I understand that Freedom Christian Learning Center serves solely as a complimentary service and is not responsible for the education of my child(ren). I understand and agree that I am primarily responsible for my child(ren)'s education and it is my responsibility to be aware of and in compliance with the laws governing home educators in the state of Missouri. yes

4. Liability Release I waive, release, and indemnify Freedom Christian Learning Center (FCLC) or Stonebridge Free Will Baptist Church its agents, directors, officers, employees, and volunteers from all demands, claims, or liabilities, in law or in equity, which have arisen or may arise from any Stonebridge Free Will Baptist Church activity and which involves any damage, loss, or injury to me, my child(ren), or our property. In the event that I cannot be reached in an emergency, I hereby give my permission to the physician or dentist selected by the leadership to secure proper medical treatment for any of my child(ren) as deemed necessary, at no expense to FCLC or Stonebridge Free Will Baptist Church yes

5. Emergency Treatment I will not hold Freedom Christian Learning Center (FCLC) and approved representatives responsible in any manner for injury. If I am not on the premises, then I give my permission for FCLC teachers or board members to seek and secure first aid or emergency services for my child(ren) should they deem necessary. I agree that any medical expenses incurred shall be my responsibility. yes

6. Financial Commitment I agree to pay all fees related to registration of my child(ren) in Freedom Christian Learning Center (FCLC) classes as detailed in the Handbook. I understand that FCLC does not collect tuition payments or materials fees and cannot provide refunds for these. I understand that for tuition refunds, a request should be made to the teacher and is available only at the sole discretion of the teacher. yes
