Vendor Sign-up
CO-OPs, tutors, teachers, fine arts, sports, extra-curricular activities, curriculum sellers (new or used), & homeschool family-owned businesses are welcome. If you offer a service to the homeschool community, we want you!
Fee is $5 per booth space, non-refundable. Please bring a square or rectangular table for your booth. Fee is waived for registered non-profits.
Students/teens (members only) who want to offer a game/activity for children or sell snacks may set up outside. There will be no fee for these spaces but you must sign-up.
To sell curriculum, clearly mark each item with price and your full name. Post it notes or removable stickers work great. Doors will open an hour early for you to setup your table. You will receive cash for items sold at end of the event.
*We recommend that all vendors offer a simple game/craft/activity for kids at your booth This provides children with something to do while parents stop to talk and ask questions. This is not required, but it makes a big impact on how many people stop at your booth.
**If you would like to provide a door prize, please note this on your registration. Door prizes will be announced throughout the evening, and our announcer will give your business a shout-out.
