Non-Members: Friendship Party & Valentine Exchange
Join us for our annual Friendship Party & Valentine Exchange (optional). This year, we will be partying in the Game Room at the Reecy Davis Center! CHEFS & Encouragement will provide use of the party room, cookies or cupcakes, and drinks for those who register AND pay on the website by Friday, February 3rd. You can also add a pizza lunch, if desired. All games will be free to play for the duration of the party: air hockey, ping pong, billiards, foosball, video game consuls, etc. There are also tables available for board games (bring your own).
Student option 1: $6/student or alumni for non-CHEFS members. Includes game room access for two hours, cupcakes or cookies, drinks, & use of the party room for our Valentine exchange.
Student option 2: $12/student or alumni for non-CHEFS members. Includes game room access for two hours, cupcakes or cookies, drinks, use of party room for Valentine exchange + 3 slices of pizza.
*Parent option 1: $4/parent for non-CHEFS members. Includes game room access for two hours, cupcakes or cookies, drinks, and use of the party room.
*Parent option 2: $10/parent for non-CHEFS members. Includes game room access for two hours, cupcakes or cookies, drinks, use of party room for Valentine exchange + 3 slices of pizza.
**Valentine Exchange: Students wishing to participate in the Valentine exchange must sign up by February 3rd to be able to participate. Parents will be sent a list of names for all students in their child's age group on February 4th. Students will bring a decorated "mailbox" (shoe box, paper bag, etc.) with his/her name & grade clearly labeled, as well as Valentines for the other students in his/her group. You do not have to participate in the Valentine Exchange to attend the party.
*This is not a drop-off event. Students not old enough to drive themselves must be accompanied by a parent or another responsible adult.
**Please plan to meet in the party room at 12:00p.m. to drop off your Valentine mailboxes on the correct tables for your age group. Do not put Valentines into mailboxes until 12:30p.m., so everyone has a chance to set up.
