From the West: Take I-26 to I-85. Drive south on I-85 toward Greenville; exit onto SC 101 at Exit 60. Proceed toward Greer. At traffic light, turn left onto the entrance road.

Additional Information
Please arrive 30 minutes prior to your tour departure time. If you fail to check in at least 15 minutes prior your tour time, we may forfeit your reservation.
For your safety, and the safety of others, BMW strictly enforces the following policies for factory tours. Please review these guidelines in detail with each person in your group as no exceptions will be made.
· Children must be 12 years of age to tour the plant.
· No open shoes, sandals, or high heels are permitted on the tour. All shoes must be flat and completely enclosed (including toes, sides, and heels). Comfortable shoes are suggested.
· The tour process including check-in, transportation between museum and plant, and actual tour, will take approximately 2 hours. The physical tour lasts 45 minutes to 1 hour. Doors to museum will open
at 8:45 to accommodate processing the first tour of the day.
· Please be aware this is a 1 mile walking tour. BMW has a limited supply of wheelchairs available on a first come basis. They may not be reserved.
· No type of camera, video equipment or cell phone use is permitted on tours. Tour guides reserve the right to confiscate any of these items if they believe they are being used. However, photography is permitted in the Zentrum Visitor’s Center.
· All packages, purses, briefcases, and backpacks are subject to inspection by security. We suggest leaving these items locked in your vehicle before the tour.
· Please allow plenty of time for travel to the Zentrum. Due to strict schedules, all tours leave the building at their assigned times. If your tour has already left when you arrive, BMW will make every effort to accommodate your group at the next scheduled tour if there is availability. No refunds will be issued.
· Any individual not following instructions given by the tour guide is subject to be escorted back to the Zentrum by security. Since BMW is responsible for the safety of each person on the tour, everyone must remain with the tour group at all times. Please notify your guide if there is an issue.
· BMW will make every effort to ensure a complete tour. However, due to circumstances out of our control, there may be times during your tour when the assembly line is not running.
· BMW reserves the right to cancel tours at any time without notice. If a tour must be cancelled, every effort will be made to notify and reschedule concerned parties in advance.
PLEASE BRING AN ENVELOPE TO COMMAND CENTRAL WITH EXACT MONIES FOR YOUR GROUP IN AN ENVELOPE LABELED MELINDA SALLE. I NEED THE MONEY BY FEBRUARY 2.
Tour rates are $10.00 for adults and $3.50 for BMWCCA members and students.
*** Every person going on the tour must complete the attached waiver and bring it with them.
