Mission Statement

The Catholic Homeschool Resource and Support Ministry (CHRSM) was established to provide a nourishing core to the families of Saint Francis de Sales and the western Loudoun community. Recognizing that we as homeschooling parents have responded to a vocation of tremendous responsibility, we desire to invoke the blessed assistance of Christ Jesus, through the intercession of Our Blessed Mother and all the angels and saints.

We acknowledge that each of us is called to serve one another as Christ's hands and feet. Therefore, in coming together in humility, mutual support, encouragement, and worship, we strengthen His kingdom on earth by assisting each other. It is likewise our desire to fulfill our duty as parents to educate our children in the faith. By participating in this community, it is our prayer that our young ones will be armed with the tools they will need to stand "as a city on a hill" within their generation.
