Add to Your Calendar: 09/13/2019 10:00 09/13/2019 12:30 America/New_York HOCC Field Trip: Exploring Collier County History with tour

Please join us for a brief overview about Collier County history, covering the people and animals.  Joy Murphy, Curator of Education, will be heading the presentation.  The program will include a power point and activity, as well as a tour of the history museum, including several buildings on their beautiful land.  There will be lots to see and do and many opportunities for photos.  After the tour, we are welcome to stay in their picnic area and eat some lunch together.

If you have never been to this little gem of a museum, be sure to join us!!

Cost:  FREE (the museum does have a donation box at the front, if you feel so inclined, as donations are welcome but not necessary)

Good for all ages.  During the presentation, if little ones get antsy, you may take them out to play in the hallway or on the train outside the door.  (I used to bring a bucket of toys for my toddler to play with quietly).  This is a very relaxed setting and all are welcome.

Please join us!!
