2. Knowing which families belong to HSLDA is part of being a member organization with HSLDA. If you are a current HSLDA member, please provide your membership number. Enter "N/A" if you are not a member. 3. Please open and read the PACE handbook in its entirety. We are also asking all students in 6th-12th grades to read the handbook as well. Please indicate that you have read the handbook.

4. Please print and complete the acknowledgement form stating you have read and agree to abide by the entirety of the PACE handbook. You are to bring this form with you to the Back to School Night in August. If you can't attend that evening, you will need to turn it in on the first day of classes.
