COVID 19 Encouragement - 04/08/2020

I wanted to send a note of encouragement to anyone that may need it.

This is a challenging time In our history.
I’m not suggesting that you may be afraid, or fearful ( although you may be ) but it’s a time of great change. Our lives have been flipped upside down. Nearly everyone I know has been affected in some way or another.

But be strong and courageous!

God commands Joshua, when he was in over his head, to be strong and courageous!

Show your family that you will be strong and courageous!
Show your neighbors that you will be strong and courageous!
Teach your kids to be strong and courageous.

But you may say, “ that’s easier said than done. “
I suggest you use the Fruits of the Spirit as your guide. Galatians 5:24:
Love, Joy, peace, patience, kindness goodness, gentleness, faithfulness and self control.

Use this passage of scripture as your measuring stick, or your measure of standard, in all that you do.

Love your neighbor as yourself. Have joy in midst of your trials. Have a peace that passes all understanding. Patience in the midst of chaos. Show kindness when others are not kind. Goodness when things don’t seem to be looking good. Gentleness when your kids test you. Faithfulness because our God is faithful, and self control when all else fails.

We are praying for our homeschool community. We love you all, and believe that you will stay strong and courageous!
