• To keep the listings uniform, please enter Mother's name as primary parent and Father's name as secondary parent, where applicable. 
• submit the annual fee of $15.00/annually in August, which is the cost of the website, text options thru website, admin fees and your GBHE membership fee.
• List the first and last name of your children.  This is how their name will appear on our class rosters if part of Academy Days.  Please fill out the information as completely as possible because the data is used to generate many different forms, including our member directory, lists for field trips, class rosters assistance for Academy Days, etc.  Thank you!
