The first books I can remember being enamored with were “Stand Back,” said the Elephant, “I’m Going to Sneeze” and The Giant Jam Sandwich. I used to go do the weekly grocery shopping with my mother on Saturdays. She’d go shopping while I visited the bookmobile in the parking lot. I’d check out at least a dozen books and spend the rest of the weekend reading. I’ve spent many a day reading books that I picked up off library shelves on a whim and fondly remember books that turned out to be particular treasures. I can’t wait to share some of these treasures with you and explore the world through awesome adventure stories. I have a BA in English from BYU and my very last class before graduating was child and teen literature.
