What are membership requirements?

A:

 

Requirements: Members must be currently homeschooling. To join you must read and agree to uphold applicable portions of the Texas Education Code and you must also agree with the Terms of Use. Members must also acknowledge DCHSA's Statement of Faith.

Classes

Q:

Is DCHSA a Co-op?

A:

DCHSA is not a co-op, but a support group. Along with providing support, we offer clubs, field trips, and events that might be hard for a family to do outside of a group.  

Q:

What kind of classes do you offer? 

A:

We are not a co-op, so we do not offer classes. We can, however point you to some really great co-ops in the area!

What kind of group is Denton County Home School Association?

A:

Denton County Home School Association is a non-profit organization that provides support, networking, events and resources to the home school community of Denton County while promoting and encouraging Christian character and biblical principles for parenting, marriage, home and family.  

Membership

Q:

What is the cost?

A:

Membership is $15 per year per family and dues must be paid before website memberships are approved. These fees go toward website fees for us, liability insurance and event costs.
