Request Membership to Uplift

Thank you for your interest in Uplift. Please take the time to fill out this form as it helps us know how to serve your specific family in your request to join. We are so grateful for the community God is building.

Uplift Membership is $40 yearly - $20 if joining in January
This includes the option to join community day at any location, take Resource center classes at any location and be a part of a connective community.

Cohort cost is $50 per 8 week term
Resource classes priced individually

Once a member you can register for a community day, resource classes, HSI, events, and more.

2. Annual membership to Uplift is $40 full year $20 1/2 year
This membership gets you the opportunity to join your preferred cohort, Resource classes in any location, events, social activities, Parent resources, curriculm, and more. Each resource class comes with a cost that is determined by the teacher offering the class. We are currently growing our resources, right now our offerings include sports, arts, academics, and professional services. We also have a High School Initiave in Bend on Tuesdays to support High Schoolers.

Community day - An 8 week cohort - $50 per family per term

We have three sessions Fall, Winter, and Spring. This is parent involvement. You must be willing to teach or assist in one class per term. You will have a class free to relax. When you join as a Community day member you also have access to the Resource Center services and classes.

3. As a community we build programs through our members. What are your talents and skills you might share with the Uplift? i.e. job or educational background, musical talents, administrative skills, etc. What age group do you prefer to work with? 4.
