Co-op Requirements

 

Cost Requirements for Guiding Arrows Co-op 2023-2024

 How much does Guiding Arrows Co-op cost?

  • Co-op Admissions Fee: It is $60.00 for the first child in your family and $50 for every additional child in your family (after May 1st, the cost will be $80 for the first child in your family and $70 for every additional child in your family). This fee covers co-op costs associated with the website, insurance, Zoom, Arrows PO Box rental, teacher website logins, and overhead costs. This is a one-time fee paid directly to Guiding Arrows Co-op after your application has been approved. 

  • Class Enrollment Fee: Our classes are $320 (+ materials fee) per year. This class fee increases to $350 after June 15.  When you enroll your child in a class, you will need to submit class payment directly to the teacher. You will find information about how to submit your check to your instructor within the member portion of this website (on the Class Schedule/Registration page). 

    * If you are taking the 2 days/week Spanish class, the cost will be $420 (+ materials fee). This fee increases to $450 after June 15.

 

 

Guiding Arrows Co-op Application Process and Class Enrollment Process

 Co-op Application Process

  1. Submit your online Guiding Arrows Co-op Application

  2. If your application is approved, you will receive an email with details on how to submit your waivers and the Co-op Admissions Fee of $60.00 for the first child in your family and $50 for every additional child in your family (after May 1st, the cost will be $80 for the first child in your family and $70 for every additional child in your family).

  3. When these are received, you will receive an email with information on how to create your website username/password.  The website login gives you access to the Class Schedule/Registration page within this website.

 

 

Class Enrollment Process

  1. Once you are a member of the Guiding Arrows Co-op (see Co-op Application process above), log in and visit the Class Schedule for enrollment/registration.

  2. You may click on the class of your choice and then select the Register button in the upper right-hand corner.

  3. Once you have registered your child, you will need to be sure that your class enrollment fee* is submitted on time to keep your spot.  Class payments are all made directly to your teacher. You will find information about how to submit your check to your instructor within the member portion of this website (on the Class Schedule/Registration page).

    * Class fees for a one day a week class for the full year is $320 (+ materials fee) due on June 15. This fee increases to $350 after June 15. 

    * Class fees for a two day a week class (Spanish) for the full year is $420 (+ materials fee) due on June 15. This fee increases to $450 after June 15.
