There is no charge for buyers and the sale is open to the public. 

* Only Sellers Need to Sign Up - Register for This Event

* To reserve a table, go to the calendar event date and fill out the form, then pay using the button at the top or bottom of the web page.

* Note: this event is for personal homeschool sellers only. It is not for businesses or commercial sellers who need to charge sales tax. 

• Tables: 8 ft long rectangular tables are provided for sellers who are signed up - registered, to use during this event. 
  • CPHE member tables are $5.
  • Non - CPHE member tables are $10.
• Seller registration and payment must be completed before table reservations can by finalized. 
  • Table reservations will be limited to a maximum of 2 per individual seller.
  • Table requests are accepted on a first come first serve basis.
  • There is space for 20 rectangular 8 ft. long tables 
• Sellers must plan to stay for the duration of the sale.
• Table fees are not refundable for no-shows.
• Seller table set up starts at 9:00 am on the day of the sale. 
  • Any sellers who do not show up to the sale area by 9:15 am on the date of the sale forfeit their table reservation for the sale and are considered no shows.
  • All sale items must be removed from the church building where the sale is being held, by 12:30 pm on the date of the sale, July 10, 2021.
  • Seller cancellations after July 2, 2021 are not refundable.
