Lydia Kroeker To All Instructors

Lydia Kroeker is delighted to be teaching American Literature to SFEA’s 9th and 10th graders! A graduate of Penn State’s Schreyer Honors College, she holds a B.S. in Secondary Education with an emphasis in English and Communications. Before becoming a homeschooling mother of four, she had the delightfully unique experience of working as a one-woman English Department at a local private school; meaning, she taught all of the English and Literature classes for every grade from 7th to 12th! She loves to hike, work in her garden, solve the world’s problems in her head, and, of course, read from the overflowing stack of books that spills from her nightstand onto the floor next to her bed.
