Yoga for Every Body 

Grades: 5+

This yoga class is about developing mindfulness by connecting with body and breath. We will strengthen and stretch with some all levels 'flow' style yoga, with lots of modifications and suggestions from an experienced teacher to make this class approachable and adaptable. Guided meditations or quiet rest will end each session with a goal of leaving you feeling refreshed, rested and reconnected.
