NOTE: Choir registration will close on October 2. Only students new to HCS may register mid-year with director approval.

To REGISTER for Concert Choir, visit the 26-27 Choir Registration matrix below.
--> Click on Concert Choir. The box should expand to show the description, with your family members listed on the right hand side.
--> Check the boxes of the students you want to register for the group, and click the gray REGISTER button above their names.

CHOOSE A PARENT JOB, visit the 26-27 Event and Weekly Parent Job Sign-up matrix below the choir registration matrix. One parent per family must sign up for at least one parent job. There are event-specific jobs which mostly occur at performances and weekly jobs that occur at Music Academy on Fridays.

When you sign up your child using the Choir Registration matrix, please choose your parent job using the Event and Weekly Parent Job Sign-up matrix as well.

In addition, all families may be expected to sign up for at least one small choir fundraiser parent job. (Stay tuned for fundraiser details.)

2026-2027 Choir Fees:
- $45 CLUB FEE per semester per student, for facility rental (only once for joining band and/or choir; NOT $90 if student joins both band AND choir)
- $100 ENSEMBLE FEE per semester per student, for director and renting venues for performances

Choir fees will be billed to the family's HCS account in November and February.

No one will be billed for fees until November, so you have four weeks to decide whether or not you want to commit to the choir for the school year.

Next year, the club fee is tentatively planned to be split into a band club fee and a choir club fee.
