2025-2026 REGISTRATION OPENS May 23 at 8:00 AM

To register for Band, Choir, or String Ensemble, visit the Music Academy Registration matrix below.
Click on the Group (ensemble) you want to join. The box should expand to show the Group Description, with your family members listed on the right hand side.
Check the boxes of the students you want to register for the group, and click the gray REGISTER button above their names.
Complete the Music Family Contract (found next to the Arts/Music menu option in HSL).

IN ADDITION, one parent per family must sign up for at least one parent job. In addition, all Music Club choir families will be expected to sign up for at least one Café parent job as this is our one fundraiser for the year. There are weekly volunteer jobs that occur at Music Academy Fridays, and event-specific jobs which mostly occur at performances. When you sign up your child, please choose your parent job as well.

NOTE: Music Academy registration will close on Sept. 26. Music classes and events run throughout the entire school year. Only students new to HCS may register mid-year with director approval.

2025-2026 Club Fees Per Student

$65 Yearly Music Club Fee - billed once (in October) per school year
$50 per Semester Ensemble Fee (Concert Band, Beginning Band, Jazz Band, Strings, Concert Choir, Chamber Choir)
$50 per Semester Director Fee (Bands, Choirs, and Strings)

**Music Club, Ensemble, and Director Fees will be billed to HCS account in October and February

**Each student will be charged one Music Club Fee, no matter how many ensembles they join.

**Students will be billed a separate director fee for each of their directors. Students in both Concert Band and Jazz Band will only pay one director fee to Mrs. Beyenhof, and students in both Concert Choir and Chamber Singers will only pay one director fee to Mrs. Shippee.

**No one will be billed for Music Club or Ensemble Fees until October, so you have four weeks to decide whether or not you want to commit to Music Club for the school year.
