Registration for CHS 2025-2026

Please complete the registration form below. There is a registration fee per family of $30.00 (includes website fee.) By completing the registration, you are agreeing to the statement below:

"I agree to bring a positive attitude to the group and to be an encouragment to other moms. I also understand that if there are more than three conflicts or disciplanary problems, I will be asked to leave the group. (This does not include typical childlike behavior and children with a disability.)"
