The HOST board strives to balance the health and safety of all our members while allowing for the autonomy of decision-making inherent in homeschooling. By participating in any HOST event, you are taking responsibility for the health of you and your family. Unless mandated by the specific venue, masks and social distancing will be optional at all activities. As a courtesy to others, please presume anyone wearing a mask is also social distancing, unless they indicate otherwise.

HOST members must fill out a registration form and pay an annual dues.

  • Entire year (July 1 - June 30) $50
  • Spring semester ONLY (December 1 - June 30) $25
  • ALL memberships expire June 30. 

Payment is made via PayPal once you complete this form.

If you prefer to pay by check you may indicate so in the notes and mail your payment of $50.00 ($25 for spring semester only) to:

Homeschool Organization of South Texas (HOST) is a Christian support group for homeschoolers. HOST does not have any paid positions. Your dues pay for our insurance, website use, and other incidentals. It does not cover all of our expenses such as rental payments for buildings, supplies, field trips, decorations, and food for special events. For this reason there may be additional fees for particular activities. We strive to keep costs low for our families so that everyone may participate.
