Niagara: Fort, Power Authority, Wings & Falls
Join us on a day trip to the Niagara Falls region. We will start by participating in a special educational event at Fort Niagara to learn about the many cultures that intersected, must arrive by 10am, $11 for ages 5+ or free with membership ($75 sign up on your own online ahead of time and bring a printout of the receipt). Pack a lunch to eat at the park or pick up a bite on our way to the Niagara Power Authority Museum (this appears to be entirely free!) and learn about the unique geology that lead to this power source. If we have time, energy and interest we can stop by the Underground Railroad Heritage Center or Aquarium. Wrap up the evening by eating from the original creators of Buffalo Wings at the Anchor Bar (kid friendly) or grab the meal of your choice on your way to view the magnificent Niagara Falls for free at the park (can also purchase many different ticket options, on your own, online or in person) before heading home. We will need a final headcount by Tues 10/4
