Meet at the city park and let's study the ducks. Pick your favorite and add him or her to your nature book.
Bring your nature notebook, pencils, and a water bottle.
If you would like to feed the ducks please remember these things are healthier for them than bread.
Feed Ducks:
- Fruit: Strawberries, blueberries, and watermelon
- Vegetables: Cucumbers, peas (they love these), broccoli, and corn
- Grains: Cooked pasta, brown rice, and oats
Don't feed: Crackers, bread, citrus fruit, spinach, iceberg lettuce, nuts, and large seeds
