Meetup
Let’s get together for the last time in 2022.
Please note that this is a new location. I have found this park that I think meets all of our needs and will be enjoyable for all ages we’ve had in past meets.
In this meetup, we have some activities already in the making but we welcome your ideas and contributions to make it a memorable event for everyone.
We will have an ornament station where each child will be able to fill and decorate the outsides of their ornaments. We will have supplies available but also feel free to bring items to fill and decorate your ornament.
Parents, if you send me your child’s name a few days in advance, I can have their name ready for application on their ornament on the day of meetup.
We will also have a cookie-decorating station. Sprinkles will be provided. I’m still in search of blank holiday cookies.
A parent has offered bringing apple cider.
A hot cocoa station might be nice too if someone wants to head this up.
There are 6 concrete tables under one big gazebo so I think a table for each thing or activity is sufficient. There is a playground with structures right beside the gazebo with tables so there will be ease in keeping our kids occupied.
There are also bathrooms nearby.
Our meetups are open to everyone and membership is not required. Invite friends and share our goal of being good neighbors and loving each other as Jesus has shown us.
This event is free to attendees but if you are able to contribute time and talents or if you are able, a couple of dollars donation to help alleviate the costs of supplies, it would really warm my heart 
. If not, please don’t let that deter you and come share the afternoon with us.
