Note: Attendance at the 3D Printed Quadcopter is required before taking this class.
If you have successfully completed your mini quadcopter build then you may want to add a wireless camera. This 2-class course (1 hr/class) will teach you how to add a camera and will provide first-person video as you fly it. You can choose to wear the goggles yourself as you fly or pass them off to a friend and let them enjoy the experience. Class takeaways: Basic Quadcopter components, usage, and installation, Propellor balancing and rotation, Onboard flight controller programming and Preflight verification and first flight.
All components, including shipping & handling, are included in the price of the class. Students must have access to a computer and the internet. Windows machines are preferred however Katapult should be able to support IOS machines as well. Adult supervision during classes is requested. All classes will include emailed documentation and attendees on a joint ZOOM.
