Katapult’s Soldering Basics for Electronics is designed to teach the basics of electronic soldering. Topics will include introduction to, and the care of, the soldering iron itself, safety and common soldering work like components and wiring of prototype boards. A loaner soldering iron kit will be available for use and may be purchased after the class, if interested. Final product will be a flashlight.

This class is perfect for those students who are unsure if computers are for them. This introductory course gives a simple, inexpensive way to judge your students interest.

This business is handicapped accessible from the rear - handicapped parking behind the building.

Note: there is no virtual option for this event.

Covid Info: To come into the Makerspace, guests need to mask, but they can have the freedom to not wear a mask if guests provide proof of vaccination.
