There’s a new museum in Gettysburg and it has nothing to do with the Civil War. Novel, right? This museum is all about how WWII impacted America and, in particular, Adams County, PA. It boasts a one-of-a-kind experience for student groups. There will be guides to take us from the local fields of the first tank training school led by a young Dwight D. Eisenhower during World War I to the massive collection of the "Vehicles that Won the War" during World War II. The museum’s artifacts provide unique learning opportunities for every student. This brand-new museum captures the spirit of the "Greatest Generation" and captures the American spirit through touching letters from soldiers to sweethearts and personal items of "fighting generals."

Note: As a separate event, we will be visiting the Eisenhower Farm later this same day. You are responsible for your own lunch. If you wish to picnic, be aware that Devil’s Den is now open but Little Round Top is closed.

Note: Since HAHA must prepay for this event, NO REFUNDS are possible.
