This summer, the City on the Hill for a Day (COTH) event for high school students is at Refreshing Mountain Retreat and Adventure Center. Students, and parents will get to hear from Michael Geer, president of PA Family Institute, along with outstanding volunteer COTH directors -  State Rep. Brett Miller and his wife Jen - and our featured speaker, Ryan Bomberger of the Radiance Foundation.

This special one-day event is both a reunion for past COTH alumni and for new students, an exciting taste of this incredible City on the Hill experience. There will be Biblical worldview training sessions, along with times for recreation and fellowship featuring the exciting activities offered at Refreshing Mountain - including a zip line, obstacle course, and swimming!

Typically, COTH is a unique one-week experience for high school students that is designed to teach worldview principles and develop leadership skills. Since 2001, hundreds of young leaders have been impacted by this experience, which includes top-notch speakers who challenge attendees to think critically and equip them to defend their viewpoints in the public square. COTH uses the political process as a means of cultivating leadership skills - all conducted in a positive environment where discussion, interaction, and shared-experiences allow friendships to grow with like-minded peers.
