Students will cultivate their own green thumbs as they explore the importance of living plants. Planting a seed to take home, tending to our garden, and examining plants up-close are some of the activities students will enjoy.
Fee includes one guided program, a visit to the Butterfly Atrium (which together will take an hour), a visit to the Educational & Horticultural Wing and materials for a self-guided quest through 23 different thematic gardens for the day
Note: You are welcome to bring your own lunch and use their picnic tables but they need to know in advance if that is something we are interested in so please answer the question, “Will you be picnicking on the premises?” when you sign up.
