We return with more drawing lessons from our local artist, Cindy Conley! For those who don’t know, Cindy has won numerous awards for her drawings including first place at the 2-day Christian Concert & Art Festival called “Purple Door” that used to be held at Ski Roundtop, where she was competing against other artists, in multiple medias, from all over North America and Canada. She has recently begun teaching art classes for the Carlisle Parks & Rec.
In this lesson, Cindy will guide your child in learning how to draw by seeing the basic shapes within an object. Flowers and butterflies will be the main focus in honor of spring. A simple #2 pencil and regular copy paper are all the supplies you will need.
