Students will conduct a field investigation to explore insects and other invertebrates in forests, fields, or ponds. Insect collection and educational activities accompany this topic. Concepts include metamorphosis, adaptations, decomposers, and pollination.

There will be a short ½-mile walk from the parking lot to the meadow. Please wear closed-toe shoes. We will meet at the pavilion in the North Parking Lot.

When the program is over, you are welcome to drive over to the Nature Center, which is open until 4:00p.
