To receive a 2025-2026 CHIL Membership packet, please complete the online registration form; a packet will be mailed to you with the Membership paperwork and information about CHIL.

Note: Registration Sheet, agreement to our Statement of Faith, cleared Background Check for every adult living in the home, and a payment for yearly dues are required for CHIL Membership.

The 2024-25Membership Fee of $30 can be mailed to CHIL, c/o FBC, 267 N. Mills Avenue, Lodi, 95242 or via Paypal at chilmom@yahoo.com.

If paying via Paypal, please add an additional $2 for the transaction fee. Please add your family's last name and make a note that your payment is for your Membership Fee 2025-2025.
