Strings Ensemble

Thank you for your interest in Valley of the Sun Homeschool Cooperative's strings ensemble.  The ensemble is open to students of all ages who have at least one year of experience playing the violin, viola, or cello.  Instruction will focus on a review and reinforcement of music reading, use of proper posture and playing position, development of tone quality, 

The strings ensemble will be led by Casidy Nielsen.  Ms. Nielsen studied piano performance and music education at Arizona State University.  She is a violist and has many years of experience teaching students of all ages.

The ensemble will meet on Thurday mornings from 9am-10am in central Phoenix, from September 15-December 15, 2022.  The cost for the 12-week semester is $125.  Please complete the form below if you are interested in learning more.
