Please complete the following steps:

  1. Please make sure you have read through our online handbook to determine that our group is a fit for your family. 

  2. Complete the membership request form below so that our system will retain your information.

  3. Speak to a board member over the phone.

  4. Pay membership dues- There is an annual support group membership fee. Our membership runs from 7/31-8/1 each academic year. There are no prorated fees unless otherwise stated.

Before your membership can be approved, you must speak to a board member over the phone. This gives us the opportunity to answer any questions you may have and help you determine if our group is a good fit for your family.

If your membership is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and invoice for your annual support group membership. Please be sure to submit your payment to complete the registration process. You will need to electronically sign our Membership Agreement and Release of Liability agreement. Those forms will be included in your approval email. They can also be found in your family profile upon approval into the group. Instructions for this process will be included in your confirmation email.
