Memo of Understanding

• I understand that submission of an application is not a guarantee of acceptance into the co-op. Acceptance is based upon the needs of the co-op and the discretion of leadership.
• I agree to the following fees:
  • $35 Registration Fee, per family (due upon acceptance)
  • $50 Facility Fee, per family
  • $10 Insurance Fee, per person
  • Class Fees, TBD
• I agree to preserve Monday mornings for co-op and to attend regularly. I will give advance notification of vacations, etc. and will coordinate with my teaching partner accordingly. If you plan to be absent more than 2 days per semester (illnesses /emergencies not included), then this may not be the season for your family to participate in co op.
• I agree to budget time the week prior to our meeting day for lesson preparation in order that the co-op run smoothly and quality instruction is provided for the children.
• I understand that this is a high commitment, high participation co-op.
• I agree to arrive on time to co-op.
• I agree to commit for the year.
• I agree to teach a class or serve in the nursery.
• I agree to dress modestly and appropriately.
• I agree to treat the facility with care and leave no trash or supplies behind.
• I agree to serve on a rotating cleaning team.
• I agree to serve on a committee.
• I agree to treat each parent and student with kindness and respect.
