Moral Fitness

Affirmation of Moral Fitness of Family:

I affirm that, to the best of my knowledge, for at least the past five years, and regardless of legal charges, no one in my family, who will be a teacher, registered student, or visitor/volunteer at SDG co-op campus, has displayed any sexual misconduct or serious violence toward another (this includes the behavior of the minor children and teenagers). I have no reason to believe that anyone in our family is unfit to be around minor children.
